Feeling out of shape after lockdown? We’re really excited to be working with local fitness instructor and coach, Emily Rogers, to bring you the second in our ‘Fitness on the Farm’ bootcamp series.
Classes are taking place outdoors (rain or shine!) in the beautiful gardens behind the yurt.
These will be in small groups and so will offer intense, personal training. Expect a full-body, cardio style workout- using battle ropes, weights, tractor tyres and the odd straw bale.
Boost your fitness levels, increase movement abilities and burn some serious calories!
All levels welcome.
