We are exclusive stockists of this fabulous grass fed and 21 day traditionally matured beef, reared under 2 miles away in Great Kingshill. These lovely Charolais cows are free-range, roaming in the fields backing onto Peterley- couldn’t be much more local! We are stocking a full range of cuts and joints including topside, silverside, braising steaks, shin, mince, sirloin, rump, ribeye and fillet steaks.

We are expanding on our previous range of fantastic Chiltern sausages, bacon and lamb burgers to include joints and cuts such as leg, shoulder, rack and breast of lamb, pork belly, chops and shoulder. All their animals are traditionally reared on their Amersham farm and include traditional breeds such as Tamworth and Gloucester Old Spot. As served in the Wild Strawberry Cafe.

Free-Range Chickens

Potash Farm, Tring

We have been serving Potash Chicken in the cafe for the past year and it is without a doubt the most popular item on the menu. These free-range chickens are slower grown and consequently larger than supermarket varieties- the taste really is unbeatable. Whole chickens come complete with giblets and liver (try our homemade Chicken liver pate in the cafe), and we are also stocking breasts, thighs, drumsticks and wings.
