This June will see a new first for the yurt- Yoga! We are delighted to have team up with local yoga teacher, Anne Marie Rumbol to bring a morning of yoga, healthy food and relaxation, all within the calming surroundings of the yurt.
Anne Marie has practiced various styles of yoga over the past 10 years, but was bowled over by vinyasa flow after meeting the renowned vinyasa flow expert, Claire Missingham.
After leaving a senior management position to take the opportunity to go travelling with her family, Anne Marie returned and decided to pursue what makes her feel best – yoga. So she went on to train and qualify as a Vinyasa flow yoga teacher with the inspirational Claire.
Anne Marie has further studied with world renowned teachers and particularly specialises in restorative and pregnancy yoga. Anne Marie is continually undertaking further training to widen her breadth of experience. She believes being an excellent yoga teacher involves a life-long quest for learning and improvement of both mind and body, which she loves to pass on to her students.
Our first “Yoga in the Yurt” session will take place on Monday 1st June from 9.30am. A two hour yoga session will be followed by a lesuirely “Wild Strawberry” brunch including green juice, herbal tea, homemade granola, coconut pancakes and fresh fruit. Booking essential.
