Reset 2020: Wellness Day Retreat

Are you struggling to find balance at the moment? Have you lost sight of your goals? 2020 has seen the world plunge into a total state of flux, so many of us are feeling unsettled and out of kilter.

This day retreat at the farm is designed to give yourself some space for resetting your wellness, restoring your body and starting to regain some balance.

We are working with local experts in their fields, to bring you a day full of fitness, nutrition and wellbeing.

The day will take place at various locations around the farm and will include the following:

Emily Rogers a local fitness expert, personal trainer and yogi, will kick start the day with a gentle fitness session designed to give you a take-away regime suitable for home practice.

Lucy Williamson is a Registered Nutritionist, MSc, with a passion for British produce and sustainable, balanced eating. Her session will deep dive into the crucial role of gut health in supporting our immune system and how a healthy microbiome is key to long-term health and wellbeing.

Wild Strawberry Café founder and chef, Katy, will demo some of her favourite gut-friendly recipes- before serving up a nourishing homemade lunch.

In the afternoon Nadra Shah, local Life Coach, will give her top tips on finding balance and resetting goals post-Covid, before we finish the day with a restorative yoga and meditation session.

There will ample opportunities to ask our team questions throughout the day and really pick their brains on particular areas of wellbeing that you might be struggling with. Included in the day will be plenty of gut-nourishing drinks and snacks, take-home recipe cards and goodie bags.


The day will be following Covid-safety guidelines. Numbers will be limited to a safe capacity, and the day will take place in our light and airy spaces around the farm, yurt and greenhouses. The fitness session is planned to take place outdoors, but in case of bad weather will be inside the greenhouse, with ample space for social distancing. We will have the sides and doors open of the yurt to provide air-flow and some sessions will be taking place outdoors, please dress appropriately and bring jumpers and layers in case of cooler weather.

Dietary requirements

Our menu will be naturally gluten free and veg-centric. If you are vegetarian/pescatarian or vegan please do let us know in advance.
